Classes We Offer…

 

We offer the following food safety classes in All Southern California.

Food Safety Manager Training

 

This class (upon succesful completion) provides you with a certification (ServSafe) valid for 5-years in any State within the US. This training is designed for Owner Operators, Supervisors, Managers of a food facility. Please, visit our Home Page for more details regarding the topics covered during our training.

 

San Diego County Food Handlers Training

 

Our TAP Series online training provides you with the flexibility of taking your course in the convenience of your home at your own time. For more details regarding this class, visit our registration page.

The onsite class provides (upon succesful completion) with a certification for individuals working within the County of San Diego only. It follows the requirements mandated by the Department of Environmental Health of County of San Diego . In order for you to obtain this certification, you must first complete a 3 hour training followed by an examination that you must pass with a minimum score of 80%.

California Food Handlers Training

 

This class provides (upon succesful completion) with a certification for individuals working in Imperial, Los Angeles, and Orange counties. It follows the requirements mandated by State of California. In order for you to obtain this certification, you must first complete a 3 hour training followed by an examination that you must pass with a minimum score of 80%.

HACCP Systems Training

 

This training provides you with the necessary tools to develop an effective and reliable HCCP Plan for your business that Health Departments throughout the State of California may require you to have. This training is scheduled upon food establishment's request and it is offered  on site. Preparing your establishment for a succesfull Health Inspection

 

One of our Instructors will conduct a 'mock' Health Inspection to help you identify areas that need attenton prior to your actual inspection. This assesment will also provide you with recommendation to remedy those potential issues and to keep your business food safety image highly rated by your guests and Environmental Health autorities.
